In 2002 the company launched to the public 'SPEECH DIRECT', the first Cyprus/Greek language Voice Portal service - and one of the few already deployed in Europe.

By simply dialling into the portal through a designated premium rate number using a local or toll-free number or a fixed line

or mobile phone, callers can access information by voice.

Once connected to the service, callers are provided with interactive voice response system style menus and asked to select the service they want by speaking.

The voice portal's speech technology recognizes and translates the caller voice speech commands and accesses the service required by providing an immediate answer in Greek to the caller.
