The ability of the Company to provide high quality uninterrupted service is confirmed by its successful bid to host CYTA information services for 2004 up to date.
Golden Telemedia offers a complete solution to its clients / medias through the three major departments of the company which are the technical – IVR systems, Video Streaming Servers, SMS Servers, Bulk sms, Software / Service development, etc., the marketing which is specializes in creating a concept from scratch until the fully successful implementation through the medias and the graphics department which is capable and competent to develop any job regarding printing or electronic medias. This department of the company also operates as a video production facility, including video editing, creating 3D animations, etc.

The company also owns a recording studio for the voiceovers as well as professional audio and visual equipments such as professional broadcast quality betacam video, DV’s, etc

The Company has the capacity to provide simultaneous service for 150 phone lines through its IVR platform.		Simultaneous service for 60 phone lines through its speech recognition platform.
