GT set up an in-house TV production facility, which could produce ready-to-use TV spots. This created a significant competitive advantage, as competitors had to rely on the production facilities of TV channels. Today the Company, is one of the few in its field that has the ability to produce 3D animation spots for TV.

Mobile phone services such as ring tones and java games were introduced, which have since evolved into a significant segment of the Audiotex market. GT today offers polyphonic ring tones, colour wallpapers, true tones, mobile games, mobile videos etc.
2002
GT pioneered the offering of mobile services through TV infomercials. GT is until today the only company capable of producing TV infomercials. GT set-up and marketed speech recognition technology, through a partnership with Phillips Europe (now Scansoft), and introduced it into the market under the trade name Speech Direct. Today it is the only company with the infrastructure to offer speech recognition services.

GT introduced live astrology and dating services in Cyprus.
