Establisment of Golden Telemedia Ltd with the goal to provide a wide array of premium rate services in Cyprus. The first services offered through 090 phone number were competitions, recordered astrology services, recorded dating services, jokes and horse racing tips.

Antonis Iniatis takes over the management of the Company.
1995
GT forms a strategic alliance with the newly formed Sigma TV station, and pioneered the offering and advertising of audiotex services through TV.
1996
The strategic alliance with ANT1 TV was formed. GT successfully formed an alliance with two competitive channels, providing both with premium rate services. GT continues the expansion of audiotex services through national television and gains valuable know how as to the operations of TV stations in Cyprus.
1997
GT introduced interactive TV games through ANT1. The first game, a general knowledge quiz, went online in Christmas 1997 and immediately proved a great success.
