call routing scheduling
Using our solution, calls can be diverted at a specific time of day, on specific days of week or specific dates of the month. For example if a company has 3 call centers of which 2 are open until 7pm and the other 1 is open until 11pm, at 7pm all calls can be diverted to the call centre that is open until 11pm. Different numbers can also be scheduled on different dates and days of the week.
