Reebok Cyprus A.M. Papakyriakou was seeking a channel to communicate with its clientele so that information
related to the brand products could be distributed, thus increasing sales and enhancing brand loyalty. An
additional objective included the regional and demographical segmentation of the clients.
Idea & Implementation
Bulk SMS service was employed, as a means of one to one communication channel to reach the customers
directly and personally. SMS messages included various promotional and informational details.

Objectives
Personal communication with clients, increase in sales, repetitive visits to the store, generating traffic
to the store, reducing advertising cost and directing consumer behavior were included among the objectives of
this Mobile Marketing campaign. Analytical OPT-IN database by demographical and geographical criteria was also
an objective.
Results
Reebok managed to communicate effectively and inexpensively on a regular basis with the consumers. Immediate
feedback provided measurable results. Reebok sales were significantly increased and a loyal base of customers
was established.
