Through a Summer Birthday travel zone promotion (2007) Bavaria aimed at brand awareness, boosting sales, brand interactivity and rewarding customers.

Idea & Implementation

Customers submitted a unique code found on the Bavaria’s packages via SMS and received an instant reply informing them about their registration. Instant winners of prizes were informed through SMS while all entries were submitted in the big prize draw for the birthday travel zone package which would eventually allow the winner to experience his/her birthday twice.

Objectives

Bavaria through the unique promotional idea of offering the chance to win the ultimate double birthday experience, aimed at consumer / brand interaction which would increase sales through the Summer period, attract new customers, and reward consumers for drinking Bavaria.

Results

Entry results were remarkable as consumers interacted with the brand repetitively for the opportunity to win this unique prize.
